What type of packaging do you offer?
We offer product boxes, mailer boxes, shipping boxes and pouches. All of our products are made and printed to suit your exact specifications, from your dimensions down to the artwork you wish to be printed on your packaging. If you have any special packaging requests we’re always willing to see what we can do to bring your vision to life.
What materials do you offer for packaging?
We offer cardboard and corrugated cardboard for our boxes in varying thickness, and vinyl with various finishes for our labels and stickers. Business cards are usually printed on cardstock.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no set minimum order quantity as it depends on what you are ordering. We leave it up to our sales consultants to use their discretion and to judge it on a case-by-case basis. All of our customers are important to us and so we will always do our very best to fulfil all orders.
Do you have a price match policy?
At Fast Print Packaging we pride ourselves on our great prices and our exceptional quality. We will never compromise on the quality of your product and so we do not offer price matching.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Stripe and Paypal and will accept direct bank transfers upon request.
Do you offer design assistance?
No we do not, but if needed we can suggest a trusted third-party designer.
Can I order samples of my boxes before placing a full order?
Yes, you can order 1 sample of almost any of our boxes at a fee as we do not offer free samples at this time.
Do you provide proofs before production?
Yes, our first proof is free and you will receive that for review when your product is ready for production. Note that production turnaround will not commence until you approve this artwork. To avoid delays we will bypass this approval after 3 business days if we do not hear back from you.
Do you charge for plates and dies?
For custom jobs we do charge depending on what you want. Our sales agents will always try to get a die closest to your specific dimensions when invoicing and will offer you the option of having your unique die created too.
Do you check my artwork for technical issues like alignment and print resolution?
Yes, if we see a problem we will fix it or contact you for further instructions. We are not liable for misspelling and wrong content or any printing errors resulting from wrong information provided by the customer.
